We offer home improvement and general contracting services in California and surrounding regions. Estimates are provided free of charge, and final quotes are based on project scope.

3.⁠ ⁠User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate contact and project information.

Not misuse our website, forms, or phone lines.

Grant reasonable access to your property for estimates and construction.

4.⁠ ⁠Communications Consent

By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive text messages, phone calls, and emails regarding your service request, project status, and promotional offers.

5.⁠ ⁠Scheduling & Payment

Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather or contractor availability.

All payments must follow the terms outlined in the service agreement.

Deposits are required for most projects and are non-refundable after materials are ordered.

6.⁠ ⁠Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for:

Delays caused by force majeure events (e.g., weather, supply chain issues).

Property damage unless due to gross negligence.

Inaccuracies caused by third-party software/tools.

7.⁠ ⁠Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, CA.
