About JBC
Building trust, one project at a time
JBC General Building Contractor is a general contracting company working for homeowners across Los Angeles and Southern California. It is owned and run by Uriel Jesus Cornejo — talk the project through, put the scope in writing, and do what the paperwork says.
We stay deliberately narrow — kitchens, bathrooms and interiors, windows, siding, landscaping and efficiency work. Few enough trades that we are genuinely good at all of them, and where a job calls for a specialty licence we bring in a licensed subcontractor and tell you who is doing what. When a project is outside what we do well, we say so rather than take it on and learn on your house.

Tell us what you want to change. We ask the questions that decide the price before anyone comes out.

We measure, check what is behind the walls where we can, and put the work in writing — what is included and what is not.

Build it
A scheduled crew, a sequence you can follow, and a clean site at the end of each working day.

Final walkthrough
We walk the finished work with you and close out anything on the list before we call it done.
