What we collect

When you send an estimate request we collect the name, phone number, ZIP code, project type and, if you give them, your email address and a description of the project. We also record which page the request came from and any campaign tags in the link you arrived on.

Why we collect it

To contact you about your project, to prepare an estimate, and to keep a record of the work we have quoted or carried out for you. We do not sell your information.

How you will be contacted

By submitting the form you agree that JBC General Building Contractor may contact you by phone, text message or email about your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop contacting you altogether by emailing cs@jbcgeneralcontractor.com.

Who else sees it

Your request is stored in the customer system we use to manage enquiries and jobs, and is accessible to JBC staff working on your project. We share information with subcontractors or suppliers only where it is needed to carry out your work, and with service providers who host our systems. We disclose information to authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them for the work, for our accounts, and for any period the law requires. You may ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses only what it needs to work. If we add analytics or advertising measurement, this page will say so and name the provider before it goes live.

California privacy rights

If you are a California resident you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to delete it, and to ask us to correct it. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. To make a request, email cs@jbcgeneralcontractor.com or call (310) 708-1466. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
