Scope

What the work involves

Tear-off and inspection

Old siding removed and the sheathing inspected. Anything soft or rotten is documented and shown to you before it is covered again.

Weather barrier

House wrap and flashing detailed at openings, penetrations and transitions.

New cladding

Material and profile chosen with you, including colour and trim, with samples on the wall before the order goes in.

Trim, soffit and clean-up

Corners, trim and soffit finished to match, and the site left clean — including a magnet sweep for fasteners.
