Window Replacement
Most window complaints — draughts, condensation between the panes, sashes that will not stay up — are solved by replacement rather than repair. The installation matters as much as the window: a good unit fitted badly still leaks air and water.

Scope
What the work involves
Measuring and ordering
Every opening is measured individually. Houses settle, and two openings in the same wall are rarely identical.
Retrofit or full-frame
Retrofit where the existing frame is sound, full-frame where it is not. We explain which one your house needs and why it changes the price.
Flashing and sealing
Correct flashing, backer rod and sealant at every opening. This is the step that decides whether the wall stays dry.
Trim and finish
Interior and exterior trim returned to a finished condition, with the old units hauled away.

How it works
From first call to final walkthrough
- 01
Talk it through
Tell us what you want to change. We ask the questions that decide the price before anyone comes out.
- 02
Define the scope
We measure, check what is behind the walls where we can, and put the work in writing — what is included and what is not.
- 03
Build it
A scheduled crew, a sequence you can follow, and a clean site at the end of each working day.
- 04
Final walkthrough
We walk the finished work with you and close out anything on the list before we call it done.
Questions
Before you call
Do I have to replace every window at once?
No. Many homeowners start with the worst elevation. We will price it either way.
How long does an installation take?
Most homes are a one- to two-day job once the units arrive. Lead time on the order is usually the longer part.
Will new windows lower my energy bill?
They generally help, but how much depends on your house, your old windows and how you heat and cool. We will not put a number on it that we cannot stand behind.
