Interior Remodeling

Not every project is a full kitchen or bath. Opening up a wall, replacing tired flooring across a whole floor, rebuilding a closet or bringing a living room back to square is the kind of work that changes how a house feels without a full renovation budget.

Interior Remodeling — example of the work

Scope

What the work involves

Flooring

Hardwood, engineered, laminate and tile, including subfloor prep and clean transitions between rooms.

Walls and ceilings

Drywall repair and replacement, texture matching, trim, doors and paint.

Opening up rooms

Removing a non-structural wall to connect a kitchen and living area. Anything load-bearing is engineered and permitted first.

Built-ins and storage

Closets, shelving and cabinetry built to the space rather than bought to fit it.

How it works

From first call to final walkthrough

  1. 01

    Talk it through

Tell us what you want to change. We ask the questions that decide the price before anyone comes out.

  2. 02

    Define the scope

We measure, check what is behind the walls where we can, and put the work in writing — what is included and what is not.

  3. 03

    Build it

A scheduled crew, a sequence you can follow, and a clean site at the end of each working day.

  4. 04

    Final walkthrough

We walk the finished work with you and close out anything on the list before we call it done.

Questions

Before you call

Can you match existing flooring or trim?

Sometimes exactly, sometimes closely. We show you the match before ordering rather than after installing.

Is that wall load-bearing?

We check the framing and, where it matters, bring in an engineer. We do not guess at structure.

Do you take on single rooms?

One room is a normal job for us. Tell us the scope and we will say honestly whether we are the right fit.
