Scope

What the work involves

Tub, shower and pan

Tub-to-shower conversions, replacement pans, curbless entries where the framing allows it. Waterproofing is inspected before any tile goes on.

Tile and stone

Floors, surrounds and niches, set with the layout planned so cuts land where they are least visible.

Vanities, fixtures and lighting

Vanity, top, mirror, trim and lighting selected together, so the finishes match rather than approximately match.

Ventilation and moisture

Extraction sized for the room. An under-ventilated bathroom is what brings mould back two years after a remodel.
